Training Courses
Rescue 3 (UK) offers rescue training for two key sectors:
Emergency Services & Industry (read on for further information)
Outdoor Professionals & Paddlesport > more info
Our programme of courses has been carefully designed to meet the training and development needs of both the technical rescue sector and organisations operating in hazardous environments such as floodwater, rivers, and rescues from height.
A full range of training courses are available, which reflect the roles personnel and teams may undertake during operational duties. This includes specialist courses such as Swiftwater Rescue Boat Operator, Rescues from Vehicles in Water, and Searching Rivers and Floods, which enable rescue teams to operate within specialist roles.
If these courses don’t meet your requirements we also offer customised training courses, which are designed around the needs of your organisation/personnel.
Our courses are available at Rescue 3 (UK)’s main training centre in North Wales or at our Regional Training Centres in the North East or South West. In addition, where suitable venues exist we can deliver contracted courses at the clients own location. This often results in significant cost reductions.
Courses are available as either Open Enrolment or Contracted courses. Open Enrolment courses are run on specific dates and can be booked on a per person basis. Contracted courses can be organised for groups by arrangement. Residential and non-residential options are available for both Open Enrolment and Contracted courses.
We are continually developing our training programme, however, if you don’t find what you’re looking for, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your training needs.
