Rescues from Vehicles in Water - Course Information

Course Length: 1 ½ days
Course Times: Dependent on tide times
Location: Teeside Whitewater Course
Please register at reception 15 minutes before the course start time.
Equipment
The course involves a lot of water-based work so please come prepared!
You will need to bring:
Wet sessions:
- Drysuit/cag & dry trousers *
- Helmet *
- Wetboots *
- Buoyancy aid (preferably with harness) *
- Torch (preferably head torch)
Dry sessions:
- Warm clothes
- Waterproofs
- Sturdy footwear
- Torch
Optional:
- Gloves
- Towel (showers on-site)
*Drysuits, wetboots, helmets, and buoyancy aids are available to use if required (please notify Rescue 3 (UK) if this is the case); if you do want to borrow a drysuit please bring adequate thermal/fleece trousers & tops to wear under drysuit.
Food & Accommodation
Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day and lunch is available on both days of the course. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know.
