Course Length: 4 days
Course Times: 9am – 5pm plus one night exercise
Location: Plas Menai, National Watersports Centre
Please register at reception 15 minutes before the course start time.

Pre-requisites for Attending the Course
All students need to have completed a Rescue 3 International Swiftwater Rescue Technician Unit 1 within the last 3 years.

* Drysuits, wetboots, helmets, and buoyancy aids are available to use if required (Please notify Rescue 3 (UK) if this is the case); if you do want to borrow a drysuit please bring adequate thermal/fleece trousers & tops to wear underneath (a woolly bear is ideal).

All technical equipment will be provided by Rescue 3 (UK).

Food and Accommodation
This is a fully residential course with accommodation at Plas Menai starting the evening before the course (evening meal included).  Check-in is from 1pm and the evening meal is available between 6 and 7pm.  Check–out is after breakfast on the last day of the course, with packed lunch being provided by Plas Menai.
